Abstract: The solution of climate change is a matter of sustainable development of the Chinese nation and the future fate of humanity.

China attaches great importance to solving the problem, being the world's largest developing country, China has overcome its own economic and social difficulties, implemented a series of strategies, measures and actions to address climate change, participated in global climate governance and achieved positive results in solving the problem. Based on China's inherent requirement to achieve sustainable development and its responsibility to help build a community of human destiny, China has developed a new concept of addressing climate change and contributed to global climate management with Chinese wisdom.

Chinese civilization has always advocated the unity of nature and man. However, since humanity has entered the age of industrial civilization, creating enormous material wealth, deeply rooted conflicts between humans and nature have become increasingly prominent. The current epidemic has prompted deep reflection on the relationship between humans and nature. China assumes responsibility for human civilization, actively addresses climate change, creates a community of life between humans and nature, and promotes a new model of harmonious coexistence [1].Emissions of carbon dioxide and conventional pollutants are homogeneous, and most come from the combustion and use of fossil energy. Controlling fossil energy use and carbon emissions will have far-reaching effects on the economic structure, energy structure, transportation structure, production and lifestyle, and helps to force and promote green transformation of the economic structure and promote high-quality development; mitigate the negative effects of climate change and reduce losses to human life, property, economy and society; promote pollution control at source, achieve emission reductions It also promotes pollution control at source, achieving carbon and pollutant reductions, improving ecology and environmental quality, and preserving biodiversity and enhancing ecosystem services. China should realize the holistic nature of pollution prevention and control and climate management, focus on structural adjustment and planning optimization, use policy synergy and mechanism innovation as means to promote pollution reduction and carbon reduction synergy in the form of unified planning, unified deployment, unified promotion and unified evaluation, to promote environmental, climate and economic benefits in a multi-winning manner, and develop an emission reduction path [2].China is actively and responsibly responding to climate change, perceiving climate change as an important opportunity to transform its mode of development and actively exploring a green and low-carbon development path that fits China's national conditions. China has comprehensively integrated climate change into the overall national economic and social development strategy, taken active measures to effectively control greenhouse gas emissions in key industrial sectors, promoted green and low-carbon urban and rural construction and building development, built green and low-carbon transportation system, promoted carbon-free greenhouse gas emissions reduction, coordinated management of mountain, water, forest, field, lake, grass and sand system, strictly implemented. The carbon market has become an effective way to address the relationship between economic development and carbon dioxide reductions. The National Carbon Emissions Trading Market (hereinafter referred to as National Carbon Market) is an important institutional innovation to use market mechanisms to control and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote green and low-carbon development, and an important policy tool to realize China's goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions and the concept of carbon neutrality. The practice of eco-friendly living has become a prerequisite for building a beautiful China, and it is also becoming a conscious action of the whole society to build a beautiful China. China has long held events such as "National Energy Conservation Promotion Week", "National Low-Carbon Materials Day" and "World Environment Day" to popularize climate change knowledge among the public, and actively incorporates climate change and green development into the national education system. China also emphasizes education in ecological civilization, including climate change and green development, and organizes public education on climate change. The "Beautiful China, I'm an Actor" campaign is in full swing throughout China. The number of daily trips made by public transportation, mainly buses and subways, exceeds 200 million, and the construction of urban slow-moving systems such as cycling and walking is progressing steadily. From "Operation CD-ROM," countering food waste, saving water and paper, saving electricity and energy, to eco-friendly decor, doing away with excessive packaging and saying goodbye to disposable products, "green, low-carbon and frugal winds through thousands of families, and simple, moderate, green, low-carbon, civilized and healthy living has become a new social trend. It has become a new social trend [3].

Human activities since the Industrial Revolution, especially the accumulation of carbon dioxide emissions from massive fossil energy consumption in developed countries, have led to a significant increase in atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases, exacerbating global climate change, which is largely characterized by warming. The World Meteorological Organization's 2020 Global Climate Report indicates that average global temperatures in 2020 will be about 1.2°C above pre-industrial levels, and that the period from 2011 to 2020 will be the warmest decade on record. The 2021 report of Working Group I of the Sixth Assessment Report, published by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, indicates that human activities have caused unprecedented changes to the climate system. The 50 years since 1970 have been the warmest 50 years in 2,000 years. Warming of the climate system is expected to continue through the middle of this century [4].

Facing a new path, China will rely on the new stage of development, implement a new development concept, build a new development model, promote high-quality development, integrate carbon peak and carbon neutrality into overall economic and social development, adopt carbon reduction as the key strategic direction of building an ecological civilization, promote the synergy of pollution and carbon reduction, promote the overall green transformation of economic and social development, promote improved eco [5].

No matter how the international situation changes, China will keep its promise, remain steadfast in its multilateral approach, work with all parties to promote the comprehensive, balanced and effective implementation of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and its Paris Agreement, fulfill its national contribution targets, strengthen the control of greenhouse gas emissions, improve its ability to adapt to climate change, and make greater efforts and contributions to promote a more equitable and sustainable world [6].
